Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes plans change. At Shopleyora, we do our best to accommodate cancellation requests quickly and fairly.

Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of being placed, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If Your Order Has Already Shipped

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
However, eligible items may be returned upon delivery by following our Refund Policy.

Address Changes

If you entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately.
We will attempt to update it before the order is processed.
Once processing or shipping begins, we may no longer be able to modify the address.
